About: Many times, we pick up, hold onto, or inadvertently connect with energies that can lower our frequencies and intensify our emotions. 😮‍💨 If we keep these energies in our field, there is a tendency to identify with them. These can be energies such as fear, worry, stress, projections, trauma, hate, etc. And if you don't discern first, "Is this feeling mine? Or is this energy I'm currently feeling MINE?".. it can create chaos in the body, mind, and energy field. Without this step, it is much harder to identify the source as to not even being yours. Once we take this step, it makes it easier to release things that we are holding onto-whether that be our own energy, or that of something else we picked up on and connected with in our energy fields.
