*Citrine: Natural citrines are yellow to brown in color and quite rare. Most commercially sold Citrine on the market today is heat-treated Amethyst or Smoky Quartz. Sometimes it is referred to as burnt Amethyst (as seen in the cluster above)!!
**Prasiolite: Natural Prasiolite is transparent mint green color and very rare. This stone is also a heat-treated Amethyst crystal.
